"The fact there's nowhere to sit other than the floor doesn't really bother you until you're trampled by screaming children and clobbered by old ladies swinging bags of cheese." (Jordan)

"Due to an early flight, and since the bus only starts at 5am and I didn't want to waste money on a taxi - I decided to sleep overnight at the airport. There were other people with the same idea as well. The plastic bucket seats were not too comfortable, and at night it was really cold so I only got snatches of sleep. The cleaning crew with their machine wanted me to lift up my luggage so they could mop the floor properly. There were early morning arrivals with some noisy kids waking me up too. I only got about 3hrs of real sleep even with earplugs, eyemask and warm sweater."
