| New Terminal open | | trustma, 1/4/2009 | | Incheon has consistently improved over the years, and the new terminal, which was opened recently, makes a nice addition. An underground train takes passengers to the new terminal. There are lots of places to eat and shop, and prices for food are high, but not outrageous and comparative to prices in Seoul. Shopping in the Incheon airport is ALL duty free and boutique shops...with prices a bit ridiculous. Yes, 15 for a cheap key-ring is just a tad too much. I would HIGHLY recommend the cultural activity for anyone who has enough time. Basically, passengers get to make a traditional Korean craft. Lots of fun, and the ladies who run it are very sweet. It is free of charge, and a really nice way to pass the time. |
