Finding snooz points!
hmasurg, 10/5/2009
A small airport with expanding aspirations. The counters are numerous and relitively well orginized. Once that and the security checks are passed the duty free area is on the first floor. that is acceptable there are a few eatery outlets which are standard perhaps needing more refurbishment.

The new extension departure hall is a single large longitudinal hall of 2 floors where gates are located below. The hall is large and there are many seating areas (with arm rests)that are usually empty given the relatively low traffic - except at weekend peaks at about 9pm-2am. The grounds are carpeted and area quite.

Although I didn't sleep there I would assume it would be a possible good choice (perhaps near the Subway/DunkinDonut outlets at the end of the hall). I don't remember seeing many officials wondering around and thus perhaps no one to wake you up!

Other Stuff I noticed
  • SEATING: Other seating with armrests
  • AMENITIES: Gift Shops, Bookstores, Fine jewellery and clothing shops, Fast Food, Bars, Prayer rooms
  • BATHROOMS: Clean Bathrooms, Flush Toilets
  • SHOWERS: No Showers
  • SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in the airport
  • ANNOUNCEMENTS/NOISE: Some announcements
  • OTHER GOOD TO KNOW INFORMATION: Signs at this airport were in several languages - one of which I understood
